CANCELLATIONS
Personal Tanner understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone / reschedule your appointment. Please understand that such changes affect not only me, my business and family, but other clients as well. When you simply don't show up to an appointment without any notice you agree to pay for full, 100% of serviced booked.

I require at least 12 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation;

If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, I have the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked treatment value;

Booking fee paid for treatments are non-refundable. but can be used in the future if cancelation made prior to the 12 hour notice requirement.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, You must notify Personal Tanner on karina@personaltanner.com.au or 0481044379 not less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you reschedule your appointment, your Booking Fee will be redeemable at your next scheduled appointment or a refund will be issued, provided that you have given me at least 12 hours’ notice.
If you fail to provide at least 12 hours, you will forgo your Booking Fee and you will not be able to redeem it at a later time.
When booking in store, over the ph or online, you agree to these terms and conditionons.
Online Bookings

When booking online, Personal Tanner requires a deposit of 50% of service and it will be applied against your total bill.
I ask that you arrive with 5 minutes before before your appointment. Any delay over 5 minutes will be considered as a now show unless otherwise informed via phone call or text message to 0481044379 unless I can fit you in between clients but subject to availability and tan could be cut short to one coat only if time running out.
If you arrive and frond door is closed it is because I am probably on a mobile service and will be back shortly.

PROCESSING TIMES
We ship all orders within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sales, there might be a slight delay due to the surge of love. Orders made after 1 pm Brisbane time from Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day.

**AUTHORITY TO LEAVE**
Australia Post's delivery service will not require a signature and will deliver with Authority to Leave. This means that Australia Post will leave your order in a safe place for your convenience.
If you reside in an area that is unsafe to leave your order unattended, or if you will not be home to receive it, please use an alternative address.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders delivered to hotels, and should your order arrive after your stay, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping to our facility.

RETURN POLICY
Hey there, lovely!
At Personal Tanner, I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, I'm here to help! Check out the details below to see if you're eligible for a return or exchange:
1. **Return Window:** Eligible returns must be sent back within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can choose to receive store credit or exchange for another item.
2. **Condition of Items:** Items must be in new, unused condition with all original labels and tags still attached. They should be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed, free from any markings, makeup, self-tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, and laundry detergent.
3. **Shipping Costs:** Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. **Important Note:** Personal Tanner is not responsible for non-Personal Tanner items mistakenly returned, as we may not be able to recover these items.
